Core Principle: Local & Private

Your chat conversations are processed entirely locally in your browser. They are NEVER sent to our servers, and we never have access to the content of your exports.

1. Data Usage (Local Processing)

To provide export functionality, our extension accesses the content of your ChatGPT and Gemini conversations via the browser DOM. This data is used exclusively to generate formatted documents (PDF, Word, Markdown, etc.) locally on your device. We do not transmit or store this chat content.

2. Information We Collect

For license verification, subscription management, and service improvement, we collect:

Personally Identifiable Information: Your Email Address and Name are stored in our secure database to identify your Pro subscription or when voluntarily provided.
Diagnostic & Analytics Data: We collect aggregated technical information such as your Browser User-Agent, Operating System, App Version, and Region. This data is strictly used for debugging purposes and fixing issues. If you submit a Bug Report, we may log your current active URL to help us reproduce the error.
Device Identifier: A unique installation ID to enforce the device limit per license.
Feedback: Any feedback or bug reports you voluntarily submit via the extension or website.

3. Data Storage & Security

We use industry-standard services (Google Firebase and Google Apps Script) to store your account information securely. We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing or any other purpose.

4. Chrome Web Store Compliance

This extension adheres to the Google Chrome Web Store Developer Program Policies, including the User Data Policy.
